Main Responsibilities:- Setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service.
- Participating in updating customer service procedures and manuals.
- Developing programs to ensure the quality and professionalism of customer service systems.
- Analyzing data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems.
- Preparing reports and documents related to customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Customer Service.
- Two years of practical experience in customer service.
- Advanced skills in customer service, investigations, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Salary: From 4000 to 4001 Saudi Riyals
