Key Responsibilities:- Lead the operations of the MedTech Customer Service department, ensuring financial health in alignment with Our Credo values.
- Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by focusing on excellence in customer care and fostering collaboration.
- Manage and control the customer service budget, ensuring adherence to cost efficiency targets.
- Drive digital strategy and oversee the regional roll-out of customer service technologies.
- Coach and develop a highly motivated team dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- 5+ years’ experience in management roles and 10+ years in supply chain.
- Strong expertise in customer service processes and systems.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
