About the position: The Tamheer - Sales Specialist role at Sunbulah Group is designed for emerging professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. The internship will last for six months and focuses on developing comprehensive sales policies, managing their implementation, and assessing outcomes through detailed documentation and reporting.
Training Responsibilities:- Study market developments to define and refine sales and marketing objectives.
- Estimate projected sales volumes and translate objectives into actionable sales plans.
- Monitor the implementation of sales policies and evaluate promotional programs.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs while tracking competitors’ sales strategies.
- Evaluate sales performance and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain specialized sales documents and records in alignment with approved policies.
Training Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree.
- Saudi National.
- Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
