Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
- Ensure knowledge of the menu and all products available.
- Follow correct reporting procedures when faced with issues.
- Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code and personal hygiene.
- Assist callers courteously and accurately relay messages, ensuring they are legible and timely.
- Possess a good understanding of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Qualifications:- Positive attitude and commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:- Degree in a relevant area.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Prior experience handling cash.
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
