Role Description:This full-time position involves:
- Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
- Conducting interviews and leading training sessions for new hires.
- Maintaining clear communication with management and applicants.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with internal departments to identify manpower needs.
- Prepare job orders for overseas recruitment agencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Organize interviews, prepare visa documents, and coordinate travel arrangements for selected candidates.
Qualifications:- 35 years of experience in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with embassies and overseas agencies
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Jeddah
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
