Managing and activating the social media channels for a company specializing in hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah in a way that serves sales, generates demand, and supports customer service, through organized content, seasonal campaigns, and turning interactions into inquiries and actual bookings, not just views.

1. Channel Management

Managing accounts:

X (Twitter)

Scheduling content according to:

Maintaining the tone and identity of the company (professional, reliable, not overly promotional).
2. Revenue-Oriented Content
3. Managing Seasonal Campaigns

Preparing content plans for:

Ramadan

The last ten days
-
Hajj
-
Peak seasons
-
Recycling successful content.

Supporting advertising campaigns with consistent content.
4. Integration with Customer Service
5. Analysis and Performance Measurement
KPIs

Number of inquiries via WhatsApp from social media

Cost per inquiry (including ads)

Real engagement rate (not just Views)

Content that led to actual bookings

Adhering to the schedule and seasons
Required Skills
