• Community Management & Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a culturally appropriate and brand-aligned manner; build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates within Saudi Arabia; manage customer inquiries and feedback through social media channels.
• Social Media Strategy & Growth: Analyze audience insights, engagement metrics, and trends to optimize content and posting schedules; implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth; keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
