About the RoleWe are looking for a
Technical Support Specialist to join our team at بحور المشرق المحدودة. In this role, you will provide technical support to users and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and technologies. You will contribute to improving our technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Receive and process IT support requests from employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose technical issues related to hardware, networks, printers, and software.
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software.
- Install and configure computers, peripherals, and business applications.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document issues and solutions in IT support logs.
- Train users on effective use of systems and devices.
- Maintain organized and confidential records of costs.
- Collaborate with production departments and warehouses for data accuracy.
Qualifications- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT support.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), excellent communication, and customer service skills.
