Join Our Café Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations and efficient service.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring the café meets hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning the café before and after service.

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a café or food service setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for coffee, food, and creating a positive customer experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making equipment.
