• Communicating with Suppliers and Manufacturers:
  Search for qualified local and international suppliers with experience in the Saudi market. Send requests for quotations (RFQs) and compare prices.
• Negotiation and Contracts:
  Negotiate the best commercial and technical terms. Prepare and review supply contracts.
• Issuing Purchase Orders (POs):
  Prepare purchase orders, approve them from the relevant management, and send the orders to suppliers.
• Follow-up on Supply and Delivery:
  Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Quality and Technical Compliance:
  Coordinate the technical inspection of received materials and ensure that the materials comply with the specifications.
• Technical Support and Reporting:
  Provide periodic reports on the status of procurements for each project.
• Improving and Developing Processes:
  Participate in evaluating supplier performance and improving the supplier and manufacturer databases.
