About the Role: The Security Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within UCC Holding. In this position, you will develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect personnel, assets, and facilities. Your goal is to maintain a safe and secure environment while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and enforce security policies to protect personnel and assets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures.
- Supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders to address security concerns.
- Manage security technologies such as surveillance and access control systems.
- Monitor security data to detect trends and respond promptly to incidents.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans for emergencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into operations.
- Stay updated on security trends and improve protocols continuously.
- Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting as per company policies.
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in relevant roles, and 2 years in the GCC region is a plus.
