Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee training and management of security personnel.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement for compliance.
• Manage security budgets and resources across the cluster.
• Implement and maintain advanced security technologies and systems.
• Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency responses.
• Provide security briefings and reports to senior management.
• Ensure security measures align with luxury standards.
• Stay informed about global security trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Advanced security certifications (CPP or PSP).
• 10+ years of security management experience, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in luxury hospitality security operations.
• Extensive knowledge of security management systems and crisis management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Umluj and adapt to local culture.
