This role is key to ensuring our technology systems operate smoothly, and it involves both direct user support as well as system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Assistance: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for employees and clients. Provide support for various operating systems such as Windows and macOS, along with common software tools.
- User Support: Assist users with the setup and troubleshooting of devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. Provide both remote and in-person support for technical issues.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to protect organizational data.
- Additional Skills (Optional): A good understanding of Server/Network systems is a plus.
