What You’ll Do:
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, visa processing, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Manage employee leave requests and track attendance.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

What You’ll Need:
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR practices.
  • Practical experience with Saudi HR systems, including Qiwa and GOSI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency is essential).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
