This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting our student community by managing administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing administrative tasks effectively to support the daily functions of the center.
- Providing assistance and excellent customer service to students, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Maintaining organized records and coordinating communications within the department.
- Facilitating a welcoming and positive experience for all students.
Qualifications:- Skills in general administration and administrative assistance.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Exceptional organization skills for managing schedules and documentation.
- Proficiency in standard office software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field is preferred but not required.
