Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting influencers via phone, email, and social media to schedule visits and coverage tasks.
- Coordinating and managing influencer visits, ensuring that all logistics run smoothly.
- Providing detailed information about our campaigns and answering any questions influencers may have.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and scheduled visits.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
- Following up with influencers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the coordination process.
