Tasks:
Recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Preparing daily entries and monthly reconciliations for accounts.
Reviewing and analyzing general accounts and accounts of customers and suppliers.
Preparing periodic financial reports (monthly - quarterly - annually).
Following up on receivables and payables and ensuring the accuracy of their balances.
Preparing the trial balance and ensuring it matches the records.
Contributing to the preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, and final reports.
Reviewing invoices and expenses and ensuring they comply with the company's financial policies.
Coordinating with external auditors and providing them with the required documents.
Following up on Zakat and tax obligations and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Storing and organizing accounting and financial documents in a way that makes it easy to refer to them when needed.
Performing any other tasks within the scope of work assigned by the financial manager or administration.
