Job Description
- Full supervision of daily operations and production
- Factory layout planning, machine arrangement, and production line organization
- Managing the workforce, monitoring performance, and achieving production targets
- Coordinating with other departments (Sales, Procurement, Logistics)
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with safety standards
- Overseeing preventive maintenance and minimizing breakdowns

الوصف الوظيفي:
- الإشراف الكامل على عمليات التشغيل والإنتاج اليومي
- تخطيط المصنع وتوزيع الآلات وتنظيم خطوط الإنتاج
- إدارة فريق العمل ومتابعة الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف الإنتاجية
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى (المبيعات، المشتريات، اللوجستيات)
- ضمان جودة المنتجات والالتزام بمعايير السلامة
- الإشراف على الصيانة الوقائية وتقليل الأعطال
