Role Overview:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This position requires a strong foundation in accounting principles and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as income statements and balance sheets.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial report preparation.
Record daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain and update the general ledger accurately.
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and provide insights for cost control.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts timely.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
Preference for candidates currently residing in Jeddah.
