Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources provides leadership, direction, and guidance in all areas of human resources management. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, developing, motivating, training, and maintaining a competent workforce while aligning with the hotel and department goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and champion the Human Resources Division’s goals.
  • Manage all recruitment and training efforts, as well as staff discipline.
  • Ensure the implementation of necessary training sessions.
  • Embrace and implement the Strategic Plan’s Guiding Principles.
  • Promote environmentally friendly practices within the hotel.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager in a hotel of similar size.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and team-builder.
  • Tactful and sensitive to colleague needs.
  • Strong financial knowledge and effective training skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and grooming standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Human Resources Manager with full authority leads the restructuring of the company and establishes a complete system for human resources and has proven experience in recruitment companies and a full understanding of the regulations and procedures specific to this sector.

The main tasks include comprehensive evaluation of current employees and selecting competencies, establishing the organizational structure, and defining the powers and tasks of each department, preparing and implementing internal policies and procedures in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources, assisting in designing standard operating procedures for each department, and clarifying responsibilities, developing a commission and incentive system linked to objectives, designing and implementing a performance measurement system for each management and linking it to the strategic objectives of the company, managing recruitment, training, and development operations both internally and externally, and providing periodic reports to senior management about performance and organization.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferably with at least eight years of experience, including three years in recruitment companies, in-depth knowledge of the Ministry of Human Resources systems, experience in preparing structures, policies, procedures, and change management, strong leadership personality capable of driving complete organizational transformation, and proficiency in English.
