Overview
Our client is a leading Large Scale company in the Conglomerate industry. We are seeking a strategic and highly operational Group HR Manager to lead the human resources function across the group’s diverse business units. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a Saudi National based in Jeddah, tasked with driving organizational excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, and serving as a key change agent during a period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations across the group, ensuring all processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • System Implementation: Establish, develop, and refine robust HR systems and policies to standardize practices across various business entities.
  • Change Management: Act as a primary change agent, leading organizational transformations and cultural shifts to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Talent Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill internal teams and build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
  • Performance Management: Lead the group-wide performance appraisal system, ensuring clear KPIs are established and linked to organizational goals.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between the executive leadership and the workforce, ensuring transparent and effective communication at all levels.
  • Compliance & Saudization: Ensure 100% compliance with Saudi Labor Law and maintain optimum Saudization levels across all group subsidiaries.

Requirements
  • Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record at the Managerial level within a large-scale environment.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, operational HR expertise, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
