We are looking for dedicated Lifeguards to ensure the safety of our guests in a vibrant aquatic environment. Your role is crucial in providing a secure and enjoyable experience at our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Surveillance and Prevention: Maintain constant surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents.
- Emergency Response: Respond immediately to emergencies and administer first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Guest Assistance: Help guests safely enter and exit the pool while providing information about the facilities.
- Rules Enforcement: Enforce pool rules to ensure the well-being of all guests.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain rescue equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Communication: Coordinate with lifeguards and staff for effective operation.
- Training and Drills: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
- Crowd Control: Monitor the number of guests to ensure compliance with capacity limits.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness in the pool area and organize furniture.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and prepare reports.
Desired Skills & Expertise:- Saudi Nationality preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a lifeguard in a 45-star hotel.
- Certification from the Saudi Swimming Federation.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Valid pool lifeguard qualification.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
