Your Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance of all maintenance activities with company policies and safety regulations.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance, recommending improvements to enhance productivity.
- Perform troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Utilize CMMS software for maintenance planning and management.
- Analyze recurring failures, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in upgrading or modifying equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, downtime, and recommended improvements.
- Train maintenance technicians and junior staff on best maintenance practices.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in industrial maintenance.
- Perform any other tasks required by the direct manager.
Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, condition-based maintenance, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive digital transformation in maintenance operations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in the aluminum extrusion industry is desirable.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and TPM.
