Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Conducting specialized studies and analyses and market surveys to achieve the best purchasing prices from suppliers and ensure the required quality of materials according to the governing policies and procedures.
- Supervising the processes and procedures for receiving offers from service providers and evaluating them in coordination with other administrative units and ensuring their compliance with the approved procedures in management.
- Building a database of prices for materials that are consumed frequently and their main suppliers, and maintaining comprehensive files on various purchasing operations according to the approved system.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to sales and providing appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions, presenting and clarifying them, and archiving them in their respective database according to the approved policies and procedures.
