Job Purpose:

 To promote and sell the company's frozen cakes and desserts, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets across the Eastern Province.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Promote and sell frozen cakes and desserts to coffee shops, hotels, and catering companies.

 Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and feedback professionally.

 Maintain accurate records of sales and client communications.

 Ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company positively.

 Requirements:

 Native Arabic speaker.

 Experience in sales (food sector experience is an advantage).

 Valid driving license (an advantage).

 Energetic, confident, and customer-focused.

Generate new sales opportunities, build long-term relationships with clients, and achieve sustainable revenue growth by delivering the company's solutions and services professionally and attractively.

💼 Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.

• Introducing the company's services and presenting solutions that meet the client's needs.

• Preparing presentations and quotes and following up until the deal is closed.

• Documenting all stages of the sales process in the CRM system and following up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and continuity.

• Participating in developing sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the team.

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Representing the company in a professional manner that reflects its values and distinction in the market.

🧠 Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous sales experience (preferably in marketing, creative services, or digital solutions).
