Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory of event materials, furniture, and technical equipment.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Issue supplies and materials based on project or team needs.
Maintain accurate records and inventory reports.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and security of items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.

Requirements:

Previous experience in storekeeping or warehouse management (experience in the event industry is a plus).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory software).
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift license or knowledge of warehouse equipment handling.
