Join Al-Sulaimi United Contracting Company as a Cleaning and Management Supervisor!We are looking for a Cleaning and Management Supervisor to oversee management activities in our commercial facilities. You will play a pivotal role in keeping our facilities orderly and clean by coordinating and executing the necessary operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the service schedule and plan employee work schedules.
- Supervise employees while they perform their duties, including dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
- Encourage the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as (CCNA) Cisco Certified Network Associate are preferred.
Required Skills:- Strong supervisory and appointment management skills.
- Skills required for removing soot and monitoring inventory.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
