- Managing customer relationships to improve service and satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:- Must be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- 10+ years of practical experience in call center management, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in solving problems and training personnel.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and implement strategies.
- Saudi National Candidates are preferred; non-Saudis must meet the Ministry of Human Resources standards.
