Job Purpose:The primary purpose of the Assistant Operator is to efficiently support line-related activities along with fulfilling the technical requirements of the production process, including conducting manual tasks related to packaging and machinery monitoring.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the production line meets efficiency targets set by the department.
- Monitor and control the material efficiency and weight in packaging.
- Manage the assistants under your supervision to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Attend quality assurance meetings regularly to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic communication skills and a positive working attitude.
- No prior experience is required; entry-level applications are welcome.
