About the Role:
As a Senior Administration Officer at Match, you will be responsible for overseeing office and facility management operations, ensuring that all administrative services support the smooth functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office and facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Handle and review electricity bills and coordinate with service providers.
Manage medical insurance administration, including enrollments, claims, and renewals.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure office maintenance, contracts, and compliance with company policies.
Support management with administrative reports and coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in administration or facility management.
Proven experience with utilities (electricity bills) and medical insurance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
