At مكتب البراق التنظيميه لتنظيم الرحلات, we are dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients. We are looking for a motivated individual to help plan, sell, and promote various travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, and other tourist activities and services.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate advice regarding destinations, transport modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodation options.
- Provide travelers with relevant information (guides, local customs, maps, laws, events, etc.).
- Follow up on payment collections/fees.
- Utilize promotional techniques and coordinate with the operations team to develop marketing materials to sell travel packages.
- Handle emergencies during travel, complaints, or refund requests.
- Attend meetings with the operations team to stay informed about the latest tourism trends.
- Maintain customer files and keep statistical and financial records.
- Follow up and confirm customer bookings with suppliers.
- Achieve profit and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Preferred applicants should have personal travel experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and easily.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Capability to manage logistics related to tours and handle bookings.
- Skills in using MS Office programs.
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in:
- Business Administration
- Public Relations
- Customer Services
- Executive Secretarial
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003) preferred
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) preferred
- CCNA Certified Network Associate preferred
- Cambridge International IT Skills preferred
- HRD HRMP, HRBP training certificate preferred
