Key Responsibilities:- Regional Marketing Strategy & Localization: Tailor regional marketing plans to suit customer demographics and preferences.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead and execute regional promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Align strategies with the Head Office and manage communication with store managers.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage the regional marketing budget and oversee vendor relationships.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate the performance of marketing activations and campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG.
- Experience in managing regional marketing operations.
- Understanding of Riyadh market dynamics.
