Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and ensure efficiency in all processes.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety procedures and operational standards.
- Team Development: Train, coach, and lead warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in developing and managing operational budgets.
- Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, transport, and customer service teams.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve operational issues as they arise.
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
