About the Role

ACCEL International, a provider of specialized educational, behavioral, therapeutic, and rehabilitation services, is launching a new center in Al Hasa, Eastern Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Director of Educational Services to lead and advance our educational programs. This role is instrumental in shaping our educational offerings to meet the highest standards of quality and student-centered care for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral support needs.

The Director of Educational Services will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all educational programs. This position is critical in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, student-focused educational experiences that align with ACCEL International's mission, regulatory mandates, and best practices in special education. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the educational department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all educational programs and services within the Ajyal Center in Al Hasa.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, ensure instructional quality, and maintain educational compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate educational leadership and instructional staff, fostering their professional growth and performance.
• Ensure the effective development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for all students.
• Establish systems for measuring student progress, evaluating educational outcomes, and assessing overall program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clinical, behavioral, and administrative teams to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery for students.
• Develop and implement comprehensive educational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for educational staff.
• Monitor key educational performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable educational regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements.
• Engage with families, stakeholders, and community partners to advocate for and support student success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree in Special Education, a related specialty, or Human Development.
• A minimum of five (5) years of management experience in multidisciplinary educational support settings and/or administration.
• Possession of an Educator's certificate in Special Education, School Psychology, or Guidance and Counseling.
• Strong knowledge of special education practices, curriculum development methodologies, educational assessment techniques, and instructional leadership principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment and Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 5-10 years of experience. Arabic language proficiency is considered a plus.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install AC, refrigeration, and home appliance systems.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Valid driving license is a plus.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Kitchen Leader.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens, catering, meal plans, or cloud kitchens is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Experience in recipe standardization and operational improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and staff training abilities.

• Installation Supervision: Organize and supervise onsite electrical activities for Vanderlande material handling projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules and electrical codes.
• Controls Activities: Install PLC/HMI’s and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Guidance: Provide clear instructions to the onsite installation team ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Safety Focus: Create a safe working environment and organize all HSE related activities.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site checks and maintain Vanderlande standards.
