Job Objective:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages with high quality according to Saad Al-Din standards, while providing exceptional customer service that ensures customer satisfaction and maintains the brand's reputation.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee and hot and cold drinks according to approved recipes.
Commit to the quality, taste, and cleanliness standards approved by the company.
Welcome customers and interact with them in a refined and professional manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and tools continuously.
Ensure the availability of raw materials and report any shortages.
Operate coffee machines safely and correctly.
Adhere to the uniform and approved work policies.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow the instructions of the supervisor or branch manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in coffee or cafes is preferred (not mandatory).
Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
Good appearance and etiquette in dealing.
Commitment to work schedules and discipline.
Willingness to work on a shift basis.
