• Cost Engineer

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier cum hostess to join our team, responsible for processing customer transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong, excellent communication abilities, and maintain a professional demeanor while handling cash and various payment methods.

Key responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems

• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Assist customers with questions about products, prices, and store policies

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Follow all company policies and security procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• Lead the full procurement cycle for services including RFQ/RFP issuance, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Maintain and update a qualified list of service vendors based on evaluation and compliance.
• Analyze stakeholder service requirements and develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and service contracts using Oracle.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure optimal value and reduce risk exposure.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams to review contracts and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations.
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities for audit readiness and reporting.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 58 years of relevant procurement experience, especially in service POs and contract management.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract law, and vendor management best practices.
• Proficient in Oracle Procurement systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Communicate and update regularly with the Managing Director.
• Lead daily activities to align with organizational objectives.
• Organize teams and allocate resources efficiently.
• Adhere to budgets and ensure cost control in the department.
• Performance management of staff under their responsibility.
• Develop training and development plans for staff.
• Manage purchasing to ensure timely acquisition of materials.
• Oversee contract management and bidding processes.
• Manage warehouse activities including inventory control and material issuance.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes within the department.
• Ensure adequate staffing and motivation within the team.
• Provide policy guidance and address operational issues.
• Direct contract negotiations for optimum costs.
• Provide safety leadership to the procurement team.
• Direct the budget preparation for the department.
• Review and improve organizational structures and workflows.

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or System Engineering).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in relevant fields.

• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preparing records and item cards for both goods and stored materials.
• Entering data related to received and issued materials and goods (inputs and outputs).
• Participating in determining the order threshold for materials and goods and notifying the relevant parties to prepare purchase orders, and monitoring the expiration dates.
• Participating in inventory counts and matching quantities with records and cards.
• Preparing, documenting, and storing work reports.

• High school diploma.
• One year of practical experience in inventory management.
• Advanced skills in archiving, bookkeeping, and monitoring.
• Ability to provide reports accurately and efficiently.

Purchasing Specialist required to work for a leading company in its field, with at least 3 years of experience in purchasing and negotiating with suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring the best prices and required quality. The job holder will perform the following tasks:

• Assist in managing daily accounting operations.
• Support financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records.

• Relevant education in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
