About the Role:The Sales Engineer will utilize their knowledge and experience in PEB, Structural Steel, and Construction Equipment to successfully sell and promote our products. Candidates must demonstrate high energy levels and a positive attitude to effectively cover the market and engage with decision-makers to secure profitable business for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate quotes from various sources, including corporate houses, public sector, private companies, individuals, and NGOs.
- Raise quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements and consultants’ drawings.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers for customer submission.
- Negotiate with customers and finalize contracts.
- Coordinate with customers and head office for drawings and material dispatch.
- Handle payment collections and ensure contract completions.
- Report sales forecasts and maintain regular communication with superiors.
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop new markets to expand business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:- Age: Below 32 years.
- Experience: 4-10 years in PEB companies, project selling, or construction equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Background in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture and able to interpret structural drawings.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and people management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
