You will work on effectively distributing tasks and designing training needs for the maintenance team.
Main Responsibilities:- Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantities and materials required.
- Distribute tasks and duties among the maintenance team members according to their capabilities.
- Evaluate the team's performance and achievements and provide support and guidance.
- Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on implementation processes.
- Classify, organize, and document work results and performance reports.
Requirements:- 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
- 3-year diploma in Construction Engineering Technology.
- Proficiency in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, and supervising teams.
- Advanced skills in report preparation and forecasting.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
