Key Responsibilities:- Validate the availability of all required documents before new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
- Operate machinery according to Work Instructions to guarantee safety and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and request support to improve efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections as per the self-inspection sheets and provide samples for QC inspections.
- Report any quality defects to Quality Control and the Team Leader.
- Request maintenance support when necessary and supervise helpers to maintain an organized work environment.
- Fill out daily production reports and Process Control cards for approval.
- Generate product and pallet labels to ensure accurate packing.
Health and Safety:- Implement health and safety procedures pertinent to your work functions.
- Attend training sessions and participate in workplace safety activities.
- Adhere to all safety precautions, stop unsafe acts, and maintain good health conditions while reporting any illness to your supervisor.
