Achieving the monthly sales target
- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry into the showroom
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the appropriate product for them
- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their problems, and escalating the matter to the direct manager if the solution is not possible
- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the instructions in place and following the specific instructions for reserving goods
- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer through phone calls, text messages, postal mail, and all available means, and informing the customer about all new goods and services
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace
- Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the full official uniform
- Following the management's instructions regarding labor laws that were previously circulated, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, etc.)
