Main Responsibilities:- Set appropriate specifications for new devices, receive them, and ensure they meet the specifications.
- Document devices and their accessories in the institution and record any issues that arise with the devices on a daily basis.
- Conduct necessary routine and preventive maintenance for the devices.
- Answer user questions regarding device-related issues and provide solutions where possible or redirect them to relevant authorities.
- Ensure system conditions and that they contain the required software such as operating systems, and transfer major faults to suppliers or maintenance officials.
- Prepare technical reports and develop work methods using modern technologies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in technical support, programming, computer science, information technology, information systems, or network engineering technology.
Preferred Certifications:- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching
- ITIL v3 Foundation (ITIL)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Skills:- Machine maintenance, installation and maintenance of computers, system testing, equipment that aids in identifying and resolving issues, and assisting customers.
