At Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, we are excited to invite an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. Positioned within the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, our resort will offer visitors access to a nature-focused experience featuring 361 rooms and eleven distinct dining concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update departmental SOP Manual, detailing kitchen operation standards in accordance with hotel policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the senior culinary team to create new menus and drive product development backed by thorough analysis and accurate costing.
  • Supervise kitchen operations while maintaining high food quality and acceptable cost levels.
  • Plan and implement effective food promotions and maintain cleanliness within kitchen areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Monitor food standards across all outlets and banquets.
  • Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Engage with community representatives and potential guests as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a similar Executive Chef role.
  • Preferred experience in pre-opening, high-volume hotels, and remote locations.
  • Strong social and PR skills, with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exposure to fine dining, outdoor catering, and event management.

Located in the groundbreaking Red Sea Project, this position plays a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our executive team within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Office.
  • Coordinate complex international travel, meetings, agendas, and guest arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal departments, ownership, and external stakeholders in a highly polished and professional manner.
  • Assist in driving pre-opening readiness, including documentation, timeline management, supplier follow-up, and logistics coordination.
  • Support key project rollouts related to brand compliance, service culture implementation, and operational readiness.
  • Track action items, maintain critical path reports, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize high-profile visits, inspections, and VIP guest engagements.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Prepare high-level presentations, internal communications, and reports aligned with executive expectations.
  • Manage contracts, supplier communication, and vendor relationships relevant to Executive Office projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in luxury hospitality or high-end corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
