A debt collector is required to work in a pioneering company in the field of collection and financial services, possessing high communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate. Responsible for following up and collecting overdue financial dues from clients in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining positive relationships with clients. The main tasks include:

• Daily communication with clients overdue on payments via phone

• Experience is not required

Preparing repayment plans and scheduling debts in accordance with the clients' capabilities

• Documenting all procedures and follow-ups in the company's system

• Achieving monthly collection targets

• Participating in formulating appropriate solutions for settling distressed debts

Knowledge of Excel program

 A company specialized in the field of technology is looking for female debt collectors 

* Experience of no less than 3 years in the same field (essential requirement) 

* ⁠Full knowledge in marketing and creativity and knowing how to develop work  

* ⁠Full knowledge of debt collection and financial claims

* Previous experience in the banking field

* ⁠Fixed salary and commissions 

* ⁠Experience with Excel 

* ⁠Experience dealing with clients, persuasion, and handling pressure
