Main Tasks:- Implement administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
- Open and sort physical mail and distribute it.
- Open emails and respond according to instructions.
- Complete printing tasks and respond to inquiries.
- Organize files and save transactions.
- Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
- Advanced report preparation.
- Managing email, writing, and typing on the computer.
