Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement detailed plans and programs for enhancing quality.
- Participate in setting operational goals and initiatives to ensure quality standards.
- Review and develop quality control systems, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise quality audits and controls.
- Prepare and present reports to management regarding quality assurance initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest methodologies in quality systems.
Key Skills and Competencies:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience, including as a QA/QC Engineer for large projects.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Technical mastery of public sector quality regulations.
- Teamwork and flexibility to adapt.
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Certifications:- PMP from PMI.
- ISO 90012015 Lead Quality Auditor.
- Six Sigma certification.
