This role is essential in supervising the corporate sales team, fostering strategic relationships with key clients, and ensuring that revenue and service targets are met across all assigned corporate healthcare accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Supervision: Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, setting performance targets and KPIs.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential corporate clients while developing tailored proposals.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients ensuring service delivery satisfaction.
- Revenue & Sales Growth: Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets and monitor revenue trends to generate reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to align service delivery.
- Contracting & Negotiation: Assist in pricing, contract development, and renewal negotiations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all deals follow SGH legal and compliance standards.
