• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure proper table settings and cleanliness.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and preparation methods.
• Process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service in a luxury hotel.
• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent knowledge of food service and etiquette.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Food safety certification (preferred).
