Responsibilities:- Assisting the manager in preparing presentations and strategic project reports.
- Acting as a liaison between different departments and coordinating workflow to ensure goals are met.
- Tracking daily workflow and distributing tasks to engineering and administrative teams.
- Preparing periodic reports for projects.
- Following up on and coordinating official incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Managing and organizing administrative records and files.
- Handling secretarial, human resources, and supporting services like procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
- Managing relationships with clients and suppliers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Office programs and management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
