Senior Associate in Urban Planning to join our dynamic team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of urban development within the region.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, oversee major development projects, and drive infrastructure improvements that contribute to the growth and sustainability of Makkah.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and land-use analyses using advanced GIS technology and analytical tools to inform planning recommendations.
- Prepare technical documentation, zoning studies, and regulatory compliance reports in accordance with Saudi Arabian building codes and local regulations.
- Engage strategically with government agencies and community stakeholders.
- Utilize CAD software and advanced urban design tools to create sophisticated visualisations and presentations.
Qualifications:- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in urban planning or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in GIS software and CAD applications.
- Extensive experience with master planning and large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
- Proven ability to communicate complex planning concepts.
