Job Title: Building Construction Supervisor

Job Description:
Prepare a work plan and schedule, follow up on the construction of buildings according to specifications and implementation programs, and measure completed work in coordination with the supervising building engineer, and prepare and present work reports.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Study architectural and structural plans for buildings and tender documents.
• Prepare a work plan and schedule in coordination with the supervising building engineer.
• Estimate the quantity of materials and the size of the labor needed.
• Follow up on the procedures and activities of building implementation and ensure compliance with the specified specifications.
• Take random samples of construction materials and concrete mixes and send them to the laboratory for testing.
• Prepare and present work reports, document them, and archive them.
