Job Purpose
Manage and activate the social media channels for a company specialized in hotel bookings in Mecca and Medina in a way that serves sales, generates demand, and supports customer service, through organized content, seasonal campaigns, and converting interactions into inquiries and actual bookings, not just views.

Role Scope
* The role is operational + analytical, not just creative.
* Works directly with:
    * Reservations Management
    * Customer Service (WhatsApp)
    * Sponsored Ads
* Focuses on Makkah & Madinah Hotels + Seasons.

Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Management
* Manage accounts:
    * Snapchat 
    * Tiktok
    * Instagram
    * X (Twitter)
* Schedule content according to:
    * Seasons (Ramadan – Umrah – Holidays)
    * Enriching and educational content
* Maintain the tone and identity of the company (professional, trustworthy, not overly aggressive marketing).

2. Revenue-Oriented Content
* Produce content that serves:
    * Proximity to the Holy Mosque
    * Views
    * Economic options
    * Early booking
* Link all content to:
    * Clear Call to Action (WhatsApp / Link)
    * Scenario of expected questions from the customer
* Work with the team to ensure:
    * Content matches real capabilities
    * Avoid creating misleading expectations.

3. Manage seasonal campaigns
* Prepare content plans for:
    * Ramadan
    * The last ten days
    * Hajj
    * Peak seasons
* Recycle successful content.
* Support advertising campaigns with consistent content.

4. Integration with Customer Service
* Coordinate with the WhatsApp team to ensure:
    * Responses are consistent with published messages
    * Knowledge of the most frequently asked questions coming from social media
* Suggest improvements to:
    * Automated responses
    * Welcome messages
    * Customer journey pathways.

5. Analysis and Performance Measurement
* Monitor indicators such as:
    * Number of inquiries coming from each platform
    * Customer types (serious / curious)
    * The highest converting content
* Prepare concise reports:
    * Weekly (operational)
    * Monthly (analytical)
* Provide actionable recommendations (stop / enhance / modify).

KPIs
* Number of inquiries via WhatsApp from social media
* Cost per inquiry (including ads)
* Actual engagement rate (not just views)
* Content that led to actual bookings
* Adherence to schedules and seasons

Required Skills
Essential Skills
* Deep understanding of social media platforms.
* Clear Arabic writing suitable for religious/spatial context.
* Ability to convert information into short, persuasive content.
* High organization and scheduling.
Analytical Skills
* Reading Insights
* Linking performance to sales
* Understanding the customer journey from content → WhatsApp → Booking

Preferred Experience
* Experience in:
    * Tourism / Bookings / Hotels / Mecca
* Working with sales or customer service teams.
* Previous experience with seasonal content.
